To investigate markers patients accompanied bone density (BMD) disorders find out their diagnostic value. Materials methods. 76 RA (64 premenopausal women 12 mature men) were included All subjected ultrasound densitometry according its results, divided into three groups: osteopenia, OP; without BMD disorders. control group 22 healthy individuals both genders abnormalities. evaluate metabolism, ionized calcium, total phosphorus, PTH, blood serum, levels phosphorus urine detected.
